Foreseeable Risk Analysis Center Website for Security Planning, Implementation and Education.
Since 9/11 no words in the English language have been used more than “safety” and “security” to explain the changes in our life-styles. At the Foreseeable Risk Analysis Center we use those words interchangeably because they both describe our nation’s efforts in response to crime and terrorism. Whether it’s the Department of Public Safety or the Office of Homeland Security that you look to for support in the war on crime and terrorism their goals are the same: To provide protection for the community and response to public needs in the wake of an attack. We see no differences in their goals except on the scalability level.
Because crime of any kind and on any scale has no respect for differences between public and private sector activities, at FRAC we make no distinctions with regard to importance in our endeavors to examine and report progress or problems in securing any sector of the community. We have established public sector, private sector and personal as categories of security on our navigation bar so that we can know where to post information and you can know where to find what you are interested in. What is most important to us and to you is that if it has anything to do with security from crime risks you will be able to find it on www.frac.com. If you can’t, let us know and we will fix that.
To continue to assist all sectors of the community to better understand how America deals with security issues we have remained available to all segments of the media for many years. To continue to help in constantly upgrading standards of security, we have assembled the best available specialists prepared to consult with, train, and motivate any organization interested in developing a safer environment in which to live, work and learn free from chaos, disorder and violence. For more information on consulting and educational programs visit those sections on the navigation bar on www.frac.com.
Our new web home will also provide more resources for those doing research on security issues. Our legal issues section identifies proposed legislation and congressional initiatives, information about the growing area of security negligence liability law and its impact on an ever-widening group of litigants, and explanations of additional legal requirements being proposed for compliance by all groups in the community. The FRAC library contains scores of commentaries, papers and treatises on commercial aviation security issues and covers every subject of concern for those who follow the development of America’s commercial aviation and airport security protocols. In addition, a growing number of commentaries and papers on workplace security, school and sports violence, child abduction and abuse, travel and tourism issues and professional security development are coming on line almost daily.
The "Aviation Security Update" will weigh in on breaking issues affecting the safety of Americans at home and abroad and will help us keep in touch with you while reporting threats from abroad or our own misstep at home as we continue to harden vulnerable domestic targets against the foreseeable crime risks in our daily lives as quickly as diligence will allow.
Welcome to our house.
